Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving issues
- Minimize churn by strategically selling product bundles and contacting clients at high-risk churn points
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a designated home office space with reliable internet service
- Must reside in the specified states within the company's West Division
