Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving issues
  • Minimize churn by strategically selling product bundles and contacting clients at high-risk churn points
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a designated home office space with reliable internet service
  • Must reside in the specified states within the company's West Division
