Retreat Process Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retreat Process Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement virtual workshops for the MPAS team based on retreat discussions
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and facilitation of virtual MPAS workshops
- Debrief workshop sessions and provide recommendations for next steps
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social sciences, management, global/international affairs, law, business, communications, or adult education
- Minimum of ten years of experience in workshop design and facilitation
- Proven track record in consensus-building and multi-stakeholder dialogue processes
- Experience in strategic planning workshops and/or events for the UN is an advantage
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
