A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Systems Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for revenue cycle software applications and monitor daily operations
- Establish user access and proactively monitor clearinghouse system actions to improve workflows
- Coordinate claim submissions and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline **AND** two years of experience with revenue cycle software applications **OR** a high school diploma with six years of experience
- Experience with hospital billing is preferred
- Knowledge of third-party payers is preferred
- Ability to perform systems analysis and manage user access for applications
- Proficiency in monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues
