Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Partner, Revenue Cycle Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Revenue Cycle Practice, managing engagement teams and overseeing analysis and deliverables
- Apply thought leadership to generate actionable insights and frameworks that drive improvement for clients
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging healthcare knowledge to address issues beyond specific engagements
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years in a management role
- 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership, specifically in Epic implementation and transformation
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
- Epic certifications preferred
- A well-regarded personal brand with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
