Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admin Manager Inpatient Coding and Coding Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee coding activities, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and company policies
• Coach and develop team members while addressing performance issues and promoting quality improvement
• Collaborate with leadership and other teams to address coding-related issues and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or Health Information Technology (HIT) required
• 7 years of recent inpatient/outpatient hospital coding experience required
• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare required
• Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCS required
• Experience managing a large coding pool or coding review pool strongly preferred
