A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Virtual Care Management (VCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical delivery of virtual care management services, including staff management and scheduling
- Evaluate nursing care quality and ensure compliance with scope of practice and licensure
- Collaborate with management and staff on clinical policies, compliance, and quality assurance activities
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted compact state RN license
- 5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management experience preferred
- 1-3 years of direct management experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience leading teams
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to them
