Sage Intacct Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of the product, as well as influence the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new customers, understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve their problems
- Manage end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out their processes from scratch
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to determine customer requests and set expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P Systems, or managing customer relationships in B2B SaaS
- Prior experience with Sage Intacct implementation or administration, specifically procurement and AP modules
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Comfortable with software configuration
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
