Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative I to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing
  • Engage with prospects to explain the company's value propositions
  • Contribute to the development and iteration of the sales team and workplace culture
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, including roles such as project engineer or project manager
  • 1+ year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience is preferred
  • Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ambitious and driven to exceed expectations
  • Ability to build relationships and earn respect across teams
