Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets
- Provide training and mentorship on effective prospecting techniques
- Monitor SDR activities and collaborate with the VP of Sales to optimize lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDR or SDR Manager in related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- An Associate's degree or a four-year BA or BS is required
- Proficiency in sales tools and technologies
