Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to analyze sales data and support sales performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the annual planning process and manage organizational changes for sales teams
• Gather and organize historical and future sales data, and collaborate with sales associates on new systems and procedures
• Identify problems and improvement opportunities for reports and dashboards, and train sales associates on new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Three years of experience in sales planning/operations, finance, business consulting, or strategy
• Two years of experience with planning and forecasting processes, creating dashboards, and handling large data sets
• One year of experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data visualization and analysis
