Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to drive sales efficiency and support go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze sales pipeline data for accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Assist in planning and executing go-to-market events and manage key GTM projects
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, strategy, or revenue operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Proven success in managing complex initiatives and multiple workstreams
  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits market is a plus
