Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to drive sales efficiency and support go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze sales pipeline data for accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market events and manage key GTM projects
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, strategy, or revenue operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Proven success in managing complex initiatives and multiple workstreams
- Deep understanding of the employer benefits market is a plus
