Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for their G&A - Finance & Admin team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the company's tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools
- Support the deal desk by gathering deal details, creating quotes & order forms, and building templates
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations within a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (Salesforce.com Admin certification strongly preferred)
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools
- Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process and technology
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
