Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales and marketing teams through process improvements and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage key initiatives across the go-to-market organization, including CRM improvements and process enhancements
- Track and analyze sales data while maintaining documentation and user base across the tech stack
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective lead management and improve integration between Salesforce and other systems
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, product marketing, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft products, with experience in tools like PowerBI and HubSpot
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
