A company in the distribution industry is seeking a Sales Support Representative.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales associates to provide customer support and identify optimal products and solutions
• Ensure personalized customer service by providing timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
• Ability to effectively use CRM system and phone system
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
