Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will design and code functional programs and applications, producing fully functional software applications according to requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process and improve lead management
- Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators with actionable steps for improvement
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related applications and processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required; Advanced Admin (ADM211) preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities and project management skills
