Key Responsibilities
  • Provides product and technical support for Salesforce Applications
  • Manages and resolves service requests and incidents for Salesforce Applications
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for platform improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce data
  • Ability to work in Snowflake
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce features including Lightning Layouts and CRM Analytics
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist
  • Self-driven and highly organized with a strong customer service orientation
