Salesforce QA Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce QA Lead (Test Lead).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team assignments, mentor QA consultants, and ensure adherence to test case authoring processes
- Oversee development of test cases based on user stories, provide QA test estimates, and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Report on testing status, manage risks and issues, and contribute to UAT entry meetings
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform and customization
- Experience leading a team of QA engineers
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus
