Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sanctions Analyst to join their Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day workflow management and performance oversight within the department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory practices including BSA/AML/OFAC regulations
- Review and make decisions on transactions and SWIFT messages referred for manual review
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services, Compliance, or Payment Systems
- BA/BS degree required
- Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations and sanctions
- Ability to interpret and implement changes in the regulatory framework
- Previous sanctions screening experience preferred
