SBA Portfolio Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an SBA Portfolio Manager II responsible for maintaining and monitoring the existing SBA loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SBA Past Dues up to 60 days and work with the workout manager for transitions
- Field loan advances/payments and respond to issues per SBA SOP guidelines
- Assist with monitoring portfolio health and track project and financial reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in the SBA lending department
- Knowledge of SBA 7a and USDA programs
- Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures, including servicing SOP
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Experience in interfacing with various stakeholders in the loan process
