Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce, Kantata SX, and Professional Services Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
- Lead user story refinement sessions and translate business processes into system workflows
- Act as a subject matter expert and partner with teams to optimize system usage and recommend scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce and Kantata SX
- Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including PPPM and resource management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle functionality
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment
