Senior Circuit Provisioning Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Circuit Provisioning Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and refinement of provisioning workflows and recommend automation improvements
- Manage the full life cycle of circuit MACD orders, including initiation, execution, and completion
- Facilitate physical layer installation of network cabling and perform physical circuit troubleshooting and fault analysis
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with DSI, DSE, and DS circuits
- Understanding of provisioning network bandwidth for transit, fiber, voice, and wavelength services
- 2+ years of experience in datacenter or corporate/enterprise IT infrastructure, with knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL)
