A company is looking for a Senior Analyst of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage components of an enterprise implementation, serving as a primary business contact and ensuring satisfaction
• Work with operations to document processes and gather requirements for product configurations
• Present recommended workflows, manage concerns, and communicate project progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in implementation, customer success/service, or operational consulting
• Experienced in project management
• General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and electronic health record systems
• Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues quickly
