Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery and implementation of digital solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation programs for complex, multi-service line technical solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal resources, ensuring effective communication and project progress
- Develop detailed technical project plans and serve as the Quality Assurance lead for the digital solutions system
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience in a matrix and multi-project environment
- 3-5 years of experience managing implementations of technical, enterprise-level systems
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn Digital Solution products
- PMP Certification preferred and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is desirable
