Senior Instructional Systems Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Systems Design Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain new Section 508-compliant instruction and training materials packages
• Apply adult learning principles to the design and development of curricular products within the ADDIE model of instructional design
• Track curricular feedback and collaborate with supervisor and peers to ensure inter-modal alignment of course content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience providing instructional design expertise
• Minimum 3 years experience creating adult-learning content for a government contract or corporate environment
• Able to obtain a minimum of NACI for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
• Highly desired: DoD and VA experience as a contractor or otherwise, and former military experience
