A company is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a critical Quote to Cash Implementation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT transformation programs focused on the billing domain
- Act as the primary IT liaison to the implementation partner for system design and delivery timelines
- Drive coordination across Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure solution design completeness and consistency
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading complex IT transformation programs, particularly in the billing domain
- In-depth knowledge of Order Management, Billing Management, and Revenue Recognition processes
- Exemplary leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
- PMP certification is required
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ and other billing and revenue recognition platforms
