Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Licensing/Registration Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new U4's with FINRA for onboarding new representatives
- Handle U4 amendments and assist with Broker Dealer maintenance tasks
- Process U5's for terminating representatives and manage renewals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a financial area, preferably in FINRA licensing & registration
- Licensing experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
