Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Operations Onboarding and Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support Operations Managers, overseeing onboarding and support functions
  • Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies to enhance client experience
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and support workflows for efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Advertising/Social Channel account and client relationship management
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience in Operations or leading technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience in BPO operations management
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data manipulation in Excel
  • BA/BS degree preferred in management or a related field
