Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Operations Onboarding and Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support Operations Managers, overseeing onboarding and support functions
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies to enhance client experience
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and support workflows for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Advertising/Social Channel account and client relationship management
- 5+ years of direct people management experience in Operations or leading technical teams
- 5+ years of experience in BPO operations management
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data manipulation in Excel
- BA/BS degree preferred in management or a related field
