A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee a comprehensive IAM strategy to safeguard critical systems and data
- Lead a team of IDAM professionals to ensure authorized access to organizational resources
- Develop and enforce IDAM governance frameworks and policies in alignment with security and compliance goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with regulatory requirements such as SOX and GDPR
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendor relationships and leading cross-functional teams
