Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Onboarding, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure successful enterprise implementations
  • Design and refine the enterprise onboarding journey and related playbooks for high-impact implementations
  • Monitor onboarding accounts for risk and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 2-3+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve adoption and retention goals
  • Strong track record in developing customer onboarding strategies
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
