Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Onboarding, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure successful enterprise implementations
- Design and refine the enterprise onboarding journey and related playbooks for high-impact implementations
- Monitor onboarding accounts for risk and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 2-3+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve adoption and retention goals
- Strong track record in developing customer onboarding strategies
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
