Senior MS SQL Database Analyst Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior MS SQL Database Analyst Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and setup SQL high availability options on-prem and manage SQL databases on Azure Cloud
- Upgrade and migrate MS SQL databases for PLM activities and analyze databases for performance tuning recommendations
- Manage backups, develop infrastructure, and provide application administration and deployment support
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with MS SQL Server database platform (Azure and on-prem)
- 5+ years of experience in the installation, administration, migration, and patching of MS SQL servers
- 3+ years of experience with different database technologies and database architecture designs for stability and high availability
- 3+ years of experience supporting and managing Azure Managed instance and Azure SQL database
- Experience in migrating MS SQL On-Premise databases to Public Cloud is a plus
