Senior Quality Manager Global Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Manager, Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Global managers to assist with daily operations of the Global coding unit
• Assist in implementation, training, planning, developing, and management of the coding unit
• Oversee and help monitor the Global coding compliance program

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience managing and monitoring global coding teams
• Minimum of 5 years' experience coding and/or auditing
• CPC certification AAPC or CCS certification from AHIMA
• Extensive knowledge of coding principles and guidelines
• Strong managerial, leadership, and interpersonal skills
