Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with the design and implementation of ITSM workflows and improvements
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting and integrations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- 2+ years of experience developing scoped applications
- 1+ years of experience with ITSM module development
- 1+ years of experience with CMDB data modeling or administration
