Senior SIO Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior SIO Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project deliverables, budgets, and timelines for assigned programs and projects
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize project outcomes
- Evaluate program success through appropriate evaluation methods and develop policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of program level leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in health plan/insurance or healthcare setting
- Experience with health insurance/healthcare performance metrics
- Knowledge of CMS Medicare and Medicaid regulations and requirements preferred
