Senior Workday TA Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday TA Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting module and other integrated technology, including issue resolution and system administration functions
• Analyze the current state and future state of the client's talent acquisition processes and identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices
• Configure Workday TA business processes, security groups, reports, dashboards, integrations, and other features according to the client's requirements and specifications

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, computer science, or a related field
• A Workday TA certification or equivalent experience in implementing Workday TA solutions for various clients
• A strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, best practices, and industry standards
• A proficient skill in Workday TA configuration, testing, integration, reporting, and troubleshooting
• A flexible and adaptable attitude to work in different environments and with different teams
