Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions and applications within the ServiceNow platform
Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and forms to meet specific requirements
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline data flow and improve cross-functional processes

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and other web development technologies
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Strong understanding of out of box workflows and automations in ITSM, CSM, and related modules
