Job Summary
A company is looking for a CMDB Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in compliance with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework
- Configure ServiceNow Patterns for improved data ingestion and normalization
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery issues and maintain Discovery and MID server health
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery management
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework
- Strong analytical skills for CMDB data quality and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in enterprise IT environments required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is necessary
