Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with FSO for remote work in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and configure ServiceNow products
- Create user stories and provide product demonstrations
- Offer support and lead development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Certification in CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS (FSO, CSM, or FSM)
- Essential experience in FSO
- Development and lead experience in relevant projects
- Ability to work independently
