SmartLab Trainer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SmartLab Trainer (Contract role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct collaborative and comprehensive virtual training for new SmartLab teachers, offering mentorship and facilitating best practices
- Create engaging learning experiences following training facilitation guides and execute them across cohorts
- Assist teachers in applying the SmartLab Design Process and using SmartLab technologies effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Current or past SmartLab Facilitator, Trainer, or Instructional Coach preferred
- Experience with virtual presentation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- 2-4 years of delivering professional development or coaching experiences to educators in Science or STEM is a plus
- Experience in K-8 teaching with emphasis on problem-based learning and/or STEM is advantageous
