Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy for Lead Platform applications
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA engineers in automation and manual testing
- Define test processes and continuously improve software building and testing practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience building automation frameworks in unstructured environments
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript automation tools
- Deep understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL)
- Experience in Agile environments with a strong grasp of SDLC and continuous delivery
