Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy across internal Lead Platform applications
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA engineers towards high-impact execution
- Define test processes and continuously improve software building and testing methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience building automation frameworks in environments without rigid structures
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation tools
- Deep understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL)
- Experience working in Agile environments with a strong grasp of SDLC and continuous delivery
