Required Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams of 4 or more engineers
- Hands-on software development experience in a JVM language (Java, Scala, Kotlin, Groovy)
- Strong background in distributed systems
- Good understanding of the modern software development lifecycle process
- Awareness of current technology standards and software development best practices
