Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering (.NET) to lead the development of web applications in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in development, code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD processes
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional software development team using the Scrum framework
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications using AWS services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8+ years of professional experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (C#)
- 5+ years of experience leading software development teams
- Deep knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and RESTful services
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AWS cloud platform and modern DevOps practices
