- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture on quarterly planning
- Identify and address technical issues impacting the team's progress and monitor progress to limit scope changes
- Recruit and retain a high-performing team while coaching members to develop their potential
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software design and development with a focus on high-quality, scalable solutions
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineers to deliver new features or system enhancements
- Experience with Microsoft stack: C# Asp.Net, .Net, SQL, and front-end technologies like JavaScript and Angular
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
