Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Manager II - Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers on digital commerce and sales tools
• Provide technical guidance and participate in design and code reviews
• Drive project execution, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong technical background in full stack solutions including JavaScript, Java/Kotlin, and Salesforce
• Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies
• Experience with high-traffic applications and continuous development/deployment
• Experience in eCommerce or sales tooling domains is a strong plus
