Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of quality assurance engineers and oversee software testing processes
- Develop and execute quality assurance measures and testing standards for applications
- Conduct internal audits and communicate test progress and results to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in quality assurance leadership
- Experience with enterprise software applications and testing methodologies
- Scrum Master certification and familiarity with Microsoft technologies preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience, including automation and database management
