Solution Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Engineer to work with existing customers and implement add-on modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with existing customers to design and implement additional products
- Act as the technical expert on the product suite, advising customers on best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
- Finance or accounting background preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, complex models)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
