Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Engineering Manager for its Contact Center CSE organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Consulting Solutions Engineers and foster a culture of trust and improvement
- Partner with Sales Leaders on strategy, coverage models, and execution
- Collaborate with SE leaders to implement a successful regional specialist SE strategy
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering within Customer Experience (CX) or CCaaS
- 2+ years of experience leading a technical pre-sales organization
- Proven ability to engage, retain, and develop a high-performing team
- Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Government industries
- Understanding of multi-vendor solution architectures, both on-premises and cloud
