Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solution Consultants focused on Contract Intelligence and Contract Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support sales opportunities and strategic deals
- Identify operational efficiencies and programs to enhance pipeline growth and team development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a sales-related role selling enterprise software
- 3+ years of experience selling Contract Management Software
- 2+ years of experience leading teams on deal strategy and customer engagements
- Track record of successful partnership with Sales and achieving assigned goals
- Experience in talent management and employee development
