Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Analyst II, Clinical Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program applications
- Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users
- Participate in team and project meetings, lead designated projects, and assist with onboarding new hires
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma with four years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of related experience, or a master's degree in a related field
- Experience in Information Systems or clinical settings is required
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are necessary
- Project management experience is essential
- Customer service orientation is required
