Spatial Data Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spatial Data Manager responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the client's Space Management tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data, ensuring compliance with client space data standards
- Serve as the global system administrator for the client space data management system and provide training to users
- Monitor and enhance the execution of the client space allocation model and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning
- Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Serraview (Administrator preferred)
- Experience with architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
